We headed to Edinburgh Fringe to see what was on offer, with so many shows to choose from, here’s  our picks from this year.

Max and Ivan: Our Story

Fresh off their tour of ‘The End’, Fringe regulars Max and Ivan bought a brand new show which tells the story of how the two met, and how this unlikely friendship inevitably blossomed. Combining their classic sketch comedy with some ole reliable wrestling moves, the duo delivered a seamless performance with a few well-baked pastry puns too. An energetic and imaginative show ensured the show was a sell-out for the final week of the Fringe. We’re looking forward to seeing where their next project will take them.

Apocalypse Cruise Ship Love Affaire

Beach Comet returned with a sell-out Fringe show destined to be a ship wreck. The B-musical offered witty musical numbers and captivating characters with an all-singing, all-dancing award winning cast. With the simple premise of a cruise ship heading for disaster, this show offers six-inches of hilarity and is now touring around the country fresh from it’s Fringe success.

Thomas Green: That’ll Teach You

A lesson in stand-up comedy, Thomas Green delivered an intimate performance with observational comedy at it’s core. A set packed with friendly audience participation and quirky school stories, Tom captivated in a show oozing with charm. We’ll be keeping an eye out for this up and coming comedian at next years Fringe!
